With over 20 years of experience, I began my professional journey in business and marketing research, serving leaders and teams in strategy, marketing, and innovation and later progressing to full consulting services. This trajectory has exposed me to numerous challenges, enabling me to master skills in digital marketing, innovation, business growth and frameworks essential for decision-making.
I have spent most of these years working in various areas of research, including market, user and product research. I’ve facilitated business strategy design sessions, led design sprints and driven experimentation in innovation. Additionally, I’ve managed paid traffic, SEO and social media to enhance digital presence. Every business is unique and my focus is on understanding the customer, their context and the competition, to develop strategies and apply the right tactics that empower clients to deliver value to us.
